2. Download the Booking Form by clicking here . Complete and sign the form and post it to the address at the bottom of the document together with your cheque (if you are booking more than six weeks in advance, you only need to pay a deposit of 25% of the full fee now, with the balance due six weeks before the start of the course/cruise). Payments made by bank transfer (details availalbe on booking).
3. A written confirmation of your reservation will normally be sent within 5 days of receipt of your booking form and deposit. An invoice for the full cost payable less the deposit will be sent with joining instructions about six weeks before departure or as soon as possible if the time before departure is less than six weeks.
You are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance in case you need to cancel for some unexpected reason.
